Job Overview: Straw Hat Pizza Grille is seeking a dynamic and personable Bartender/Server to join our team. This role requires a dedicated professional who can deliver excellent customer service while efficiently handling multiple tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional service to guests by taking orders, making recommendations, and delivering food and beverages in a timely manner.

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

• Maintain a clean and organized bar and dining area.

• Operate the point of sale (POS) system to accurately record orders and process payments.

• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.

• Uphold all health and safety regulations and guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of bartending experience.
• Proven ability to use point of sale (POS) systems efficiently.

• Strong communication skills in English; bilingual in Spanish preferred.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, positive attitude.

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

• Must be at least 21 years old and have the ability to obtain any necessary alcohol service permits.

Pay: $18.00 per hour plus tips

Expected hours: 24 – 36 per week
